Stretch marks treatment on deflated buttocks without fat loss? (Photo)

Question

I had lost 8 kg last year nd gained back 2 kg now .But my buttocks have deflated nd are full of white stretch marks.i didnt see then red at anypoint otherwise would hv got early treatment . ?need to get them treated (make less visible) as i hv to get married this year but afraid of fat loss from lasers ,rf microneedling etc .Any treatment which can improve them without more fat loss. now m even planning to gain back little muscle but afraid of stretch marks increasing.

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable.
