The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. Acne scars in women of color with rich pigmented skin will respond to Microneedling with RF.
However, it depends upon the length of time you have had these scars.
Looks like they are quite mature and more than 10 years.
This makes them difficult to treat.
Other options are TCA peel for ice pick scars.
Subscision and saline or dermal filler in for rolled scars and fractional resurfacing with MN and RF for boxed scars.
