Hi, I'm a trans woman, mid-30s, who had some extensive electrolysis about four years ago. The treatments have left my face covered in glassy white dots. For the most part, they are supple and smooth, and there are textural issues only at the corners of the mouth. My general understanding is that these are columnar scars caused by caustic hydroxide burns, and that they extend deep into the dermis. What would you do in this situation?
