I am considering my fourth rhinoplasty. The surgeon suggested to first go for a liquid rhinoplasty and once I am satisfied with results, the injected liquid can be removed and a permanent rhinoplasty can be done to get that exact shape achieved by liquid rhinoplasty. I read online that filler rhinoplasty can have serious side effects like loss of vision. How likely is that? Also is it safe to remove the injected liquid (hyaluronic acid) after 1-2 months and then go for a surgical rhinoplasty?
