3.5 years post-op- What went wrong with my rhinoplasty and is it something that can be improved with a revision? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty 3.5 years ago and have been unhappy with the results ever since. I really regret asking the surgeon to touch the tip of my nose, as it now seems downturned/ flattened and the nostrils are uneven. What went ‘wrong’ and is it something that can be improved with a revision?
