I had a djs 5 years ago without geniolasty. i was told I dont need genioplasty , somehow i feel this work hadnt been completed. Can you advise me how to improve my facial aestetics and if genioplasty would be the right treatment for me ?If yes, what kind of movement should be performed? Many thanks,

Hello! A genioplasty may be a great option for you. The movements you can achieve are vertical and horizontal. Plates are prefabricated to certain degrees of movement (i.e. 6 mm) and can be adjusted accordingly. In your case, I would suggest anterior-posterior (horizontal) movement only. This will help to tighten the front of the chin and refine the profile. Your vertical height seems appropriate. Hope this helps you!

I think a reduction rhinoplasty would balance your profile more than a genioplasty. Also, hard to tell from just one photo but a browplasty as well.
