Is it common to have a baggy chin after a sliding genioplasty?

Hi, I’ve saw two consultants about a chin reduction (sliding genioplasty). One has told me i will require lipo as my chin may be quite baggy after the surgery, but the other is very confident I won’t need that. Is it common to have a baggy chin after a chin reduction?
