I've attached a lot of photos of both sides of my nose the right side having the indent at certain angles as you'll see it isn't noticeable but at others it's extremely noticeable please help

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty to help correct the mid vault indentation. At the same time, tip deprojection and tip refinement could be performed. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Midvault deformity of the nose It is impossible to give you advice based on these photos. Only on the basis of in person evaluation of such a subtle deformity an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon can give you options; small deficiencies of the nasal wall can be corrected with filler( lasts over 1 year when properly applied), crushed cartilage graft or fascia graft. Hope this helps.
