okay, so my nose, when im not smiling, looks completely fine, but when i smile there is a weird V shaped thing that happens to my nose and it kind of looks like a cats or dogs nose, idk but because if this i hate smiling and wondered if i can fix it I'm not good at explaining to attaching pictures below (one is when im not smiling and the other is when i am) how do i fix this?
