Dents are always annoying because they can happen anytime. The best thing to do is to avoid surgery and fill it with something - a dissolvable filler first to see how it looks, and then if it looks good, when the filler goes away, place Silicon for a more permanent effect. Be sure to see an expert injector for consultation.

You have an excellent result. If the dent bothers you then filler is an option. I would leave your nose alone. It’s a good job

To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we always need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. Rhinoplasty is not a single procedure, but is a general term which covers many different operations used to reshape the nose. In order to Understand what you had done we need to know exactly what type of rhinoplasty you had.
Without having a complete set of detailed information, we can’t really give you a quality answer.
For example, if you had Cartlidge removed from your nasal tip, and that could explain the outcome. That procedure is sometimes referred to as an alar trim.
If you’re unhappy with the explanation from your provider, then I suggest getting an in person second opinion consultation from another rhinoplasty surgeon. For a second opinion, consultations patient should come prepared bringing with them a complete set of before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report. They should all be available from your provider if you request them.
