I read that after septoplasty, it takes about a year for complete healing and settling of the nose. During this period, if nose gets blocked regularly due to allergies, does it cause the septum to deviate again? I had septoplasty when I was 20 years old, but it deviated again. I am 40 now. I am wondering if allergies caused it to deviate again.
