Can Restylane compress nerves and cause tingling and pressure feeling?

Thanks for reaching out to us.  Because all the hyaluronic acid fillers act like a sponge and take on water and swell, when injected in the tear troughs and/or nasolabial folds, they can directly or indirectly compress blood vessels or nerves.  In a severe case, there can be loss of vision.  It would be best for you to have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase.  I cannot find anything in my medical searches that says allergy to bee stings is a contraindication to hyaluronidase use.  I simply found a couple articles that say hyaluronidase is not to be used to treat insect stings.  There are several companies that make hyaluronidase....so have your injector/injector's medical director check to be certain the kind available in their office is not a problem for you.

Too much filler injected in one area can cause compression. If you are having symptoms , then the filler should be dissolved. We do not know if a patient has bee venom allergy is susceptible to the hyaluronidase allergen in bee venom or phospholipase A allergen in bee venom.  From literature it appears the risk of allergy to hyalouronidase in patients with bee venom allergy is low. There are two hyalouronidase brands available, and neither has warning in the package inserts stating that patients have bee venom allergy are at increased risk of an allergic reaction. 
I recommend doing  a skin test ...using 0.02 cc of 150u/ml.
