I have been offered restalyne volyme for cheek volume and have had juverderm voluma in the cheek before at numerous clinics that don't last longer than 2 months at most.I want a filler that'll make a huge difference an last the longest.

This is very common post lip augmentation treatment. Swelling is always the worst typically 24-48 hours after treatment. Make sure to ice the area to help with swelling. The stiffness and swelling should completely be gone within a couple of weeks.
