Please reply. I am not sure what this abnormality is at the corner of my mouth at 3 months post SMAS FL. My swelling is mostly completely resolved and I have been left with this on one side. It is not only unattractive but also asymmetrical. PLEASE! I ask all Surgeons for their professional opinion on this because I hate looking in the mirror as it reminds me of the corners of the Jokers mouth...

Thank you for your question and for attaching photos. It appears you need a revision of your face lift. It is hard to tell from the photos, but something certainly needs to be corrected. You should follow-up with your surgeon and talk about options. If you have lost confidence in your surgeon and want to seek a second opinion, you should locate a board certified plastic surgeon who is an ASAPS member in your area. Best of luck.
