Why does my breast hurt so much after drain removal? Do I have nerve damage? Sharp, stinging, burning pain in breast.

My right breast had sharp pains depending upon how I moved. I had my drains taken out yesterday and it was incredibly painful for the right side. I hoped that it would subside shortly after removal, but I went home and iced it along with pain medication. I woke this morning with the same excruciating pain. I can't do things I was able to do yesterday and I feel like I took a step backward in recovery. This is the worst pain I've felt in the whole process.
