this is what happened on the 1st pass on the right side of my cheek. The red, raised spots surfaced immediately. She stopped, then put ice pack there. I held the ice pack, she continued doing my forehead & nose. She then stopped the treatment. She decided to take photos. said it could not be a burn because it was not a laser. What could have happened? **BTW I was told by Dr. Mats Hagstrom, that BBL stands for brazilian butt lift. But many Q&A's were called BBLs when referring to light therapy.

This is an interesting question. I would like to know what medications you were given during the procedure. This could be an allergic reaction to a particular med. I don't believe the procedure itself was the cause, however, you should consult with your plastic surgeon and/or a skin specialist.
