I saw Dr. Moser in June of 2018 to replace and enlarge my existing implants and am very happy with the results. I am also very satisfied with his quality of care and the surgical team. One of my previous implants, put in by a different surgeon, had ruptured which required Dr. Moser to remove all of the leaked cohesive silicone. He reported that he was able to get all of it out and he even sent a tissue sample to a lab to make sure I did not have any potential health issues. I am happy he was so thorough and caring. The larger implants he put in look absolutely perfect! My recovery was very tolerable, although I think when you go slightly larger the recovery is easier than your first operation as there is a bit less stretching of tissue. I also like that Dr. Moser has a calm personality but he was still straightforward with me. I feel like some surgeons want to push you into something you might not fully want or are unsure about. Dr. Moser always made me feel comfortable and helped guide my decision as opposed to rush me into something. His pricing is also very very competitive. If you need a breast augmentation or revision I highly recommend him!!
Dr. Moser and staff were amazing throughout the entire process. The preop visits were very informative for me as far as what I needed done. The CRNA that called me the evening before the surgery answered any further questions I had. The day of surgery went ver y smoothly. The case proceeded on time and again the staff made me feel like family. I highly recommend this team for any procedure you may have in mind.
It is possible to treat the broken capillaries at the eye lid, but you will need to have metal eye shields placed on the eye, underneath the eye lid, in order to protect the eye from the laser. Another issue is that the laser will also burn the eyelash hair and there is a risk of the eyelash hair not growing back.
Laser treatment to the veins in this area is meant to help reduce the appearance of the vein, without completely collapsing the vein itself. This is an area that may have to be treated more conservatively, therefore will need more treatments, to avoid affecting your eye and/or vision. Another treatment option would be to inject a hyaluronic acid filler in the tear trough region under your eye to restore your volume loss. This can help to disguise the veins themselves, by filling in the area around the veins.
There are definitely many skin tightening treatments out on the market today. Our office has two treatments that may provide options for your area of concern. The Titan skin tightening treatment treats loose skin by targeting the collagen that has lost it's elasticity and causing it to tighten back up, while also stimulating new collagen. The other treatment option is Trusculpting. Trusculpting permanently destroys about 20-25% of the fat cells present in the treated area and also tightens the surrounding skin. Both of these treatments are meant to be done in a series, depending on how much fat and/or skin laxity is present. It is best to meet with a qualified medical provider to consult on which treatment options are best for you.
These are common problems found , even in young and healthy individuals. We find that laser therapy works best on these type of lower leg veins without any complications and with good results. As a rule of thumb, when the veins are so scattered and too tiny for even the smallest needle bevel, they easily treated with vascular or IPL lasers as long as there are not larger, more tortuous veins in the area.#laserveintherapy #schlerotherapyvslaser #legveintreatments
Often nasal veins look superficial when in fact, they are not! Simply treating with a pulse light ( IPL) is not likely to eliminate blue veins on the nose. These are best treated by vascular lasers, often referred to as NdYag lasers. We have great success with the Cutera CoolGlide or Excel V for eliminating facial veins.#laserveintreatments, #bluenasalveins, #facialveintreatments
