I had upper abs done 3 paddles and lower abs done 4 paddles on the same day. I was on a 1.1 setting and I found it to be painful. It felt like early labor pains. I've been extremely sore since treatment it hurts to go over speed bumps kind of sore. Is this normal?

Answer: Post treatment soreness Yes. It is normal to be sore. Everyone has their own pain threshold, but the soreness means that things are working. Make sure to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated and if you need to, take Tylenol for the pain instead of Advil. It will resolve as the swelling diminishes. Best of luck.
