I had surgery 8/28. The bruising was almost gone Tuesday. There was just slight yellowing. Then bruising started coming on 2 days ago. My dr said he will see me Monday. Does this look or sound like something that needs to be checked out asap.

Answer: Does my bruising at almost 3 weeks post op need to be checked out ASAP? (Photo) Hi! Thank you for the question and for your picture. It is unusual for new bruising to appear two weeks after surgery unless you have developed a hematoma. My recommendation is for you to see your surgeon sooner than later for an evaluation.
