I have 420cc silicone implants under the muscle and one of them is ruptured. Can I still work out before the op? Does my surgeon need to remove the capsule? My ruptured implants is both Intracapsular and extracapsular. How long does the operation take? Thanks

Different techniques and your skin type can affect the final result. Just 11 days post-op, it is still early days and I would agree with your surgeon that you should give it more time without being concerned about the pleating.
