Nose tip droop 1.5 years post-op with S-shaped implant (Seen on X-ray) - will I need to fix this? (Photos)

I'm 21F, Asian. Nose job 1.5 years ago with an S-shaped ePTFE Surgiform implant + ear cartilage for bridge height. Recently when reviewing braces progress, I’ve noticed my nose tip is drooping a little. The X-rays are from pre-op, 3 months after, and 1.5 years after. 1/ Is this normal - does implant tip/bridge often droop over time? 2/ Will it keep drooping? 3/ Will I eventually need to fix it - if so, how? Thank you for your answers.
