Do i need a nose job or paranasal augmentation to have a fuller and more forward appearing midface.

An interesting thing about structural Asian rhinoplasty using rib cartilage is that the mid-facial structures including the paranasal areas and subnasale (columella) can be projected anteriorly (forward) to create more dimension to the profile and projection of the entire midface. If you scroll through my gallery and closely examine the profile views, you'll see examples of Asian rhinoplasty alone enhancing the facial balance by improving proportions.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit most from a rhinoplasty. Dorsal augmentation can be performed and tip refinement can be achieved.
