For hand rejuvenation we can use a combination of resurfacing (recommended for texture issues like wrinkles) and filler or fat (recommended for volume loss or visible vessels/tendons). For the wrinkled knuckles - I recommend doing resurfacing. Start with Tretinoin or Tazorac daily at home. Good treatments in office include Fraxel Restore or Halo. I prefer these resurfacing lasers because they have a "rolling" technology which allows for better coverage and less side effects than the "stamping" versions of resurfacing lasers. My go to is the Fraxel. It will take more than one treatment, but can be very effective!!
