I'm trying to do something to improve both the skin texture and volume loss on my hands. I've tried a series of Fraxel laser and have also tried Radiesse several times, though nothing really helps. The Radiesse just makes my hands painful/swollen for a week or two then everything is back to square one. Would Radiesse be a good option? Or are there other things I should try? Thaks so much!

Answer: Can Sculptra be used on the hands? Sculptra may lead to firm, visible nodules when injected into the hands. The purpose of adding filler to the back of your hands is to hide visible veins and tendons that become visible with aging. Hand injections are not helpful for textural issues of the skin. We prefer using microdroplet Silikon1000 for permanent results. Thank you.
