I am 19 and I want to improve my eye and brow area, i want lower set brows and let my eyes have less upper eyelid exposure, i think id also benefit from lower retraction of my eyelid and an infraorbitsl implant

Your photograph is very limited. You may benefit from a brow lift that can be extended downward to the mid face area to change the area around the eyelid. I would need additional photographs to give you a more accurate answer.
