What can be done to improve my eyes and brows? (photo)

I am 19 and I want to improve my eye and brow area, i want lower set brows and let my eyes have less upper eyelid exposure, i think id also benefit from lower retraction of my eyelid and an infraorbitsl implant

You would benefit from a brow lift to make the eyebrows symmetrical. You may or may not need a blepharoplasty. You do need a rhinoplasty as well. Your nose is asymmetrical and you may need the septum corrected too. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

It appears your incision stopped rather short and it needed to be extended more laterally to pull out the extra corner skin. You will need a revision to correct this. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D,
