My face has increasing pockets of fat loss in the cheeks. Radiesse and volume don't last more than about 2 months for me. Is there any alternative? I don't have enough laxity for a face lift at this point.

Answer: Sculptra Will Replace Lost Volume Micro-needling, although effective for skin maintenance and mild skin tightening, does not address lost facial volume. Sculptra is an effective, incremental way to add facial volume via stimulation of collagen production. I describe it to my patients as "fertilizer for collagen production" and have found it to be both highly effective and long lasting (2 years plus duration). .
