Is this Infini and Sculptra a viable treatment option for severe pore sizing on my entire face?

Sculptra is a great product for injecting deep into there skin to volumize the skin.  Sculptra doesn't have any effect on pore size.  eMatrix laser, PRP with microneedling and Fraxel lasers are all best for pore size.  Please consult an expert in facial injections and cosmetic procedures for the best results. This combination of treatments is incredible for shrinking pores.  The infini makes tiny holes in the skin and then the sculptra is applied topically--immediately.  The theory is the sculptra sinks into those holes and stimulates collagen in the dermis, which then helps to shrink the pores.  It is self regulating because there is only so much sculptra that can get down there so it does not bulk--it simply smooths.  The infini in the meantime has sent radio-frequency energy to the skin and to the fibroblasts--which also stimulates collagen production --so you get a double effect.
Sculptra when injected,  is injected in greater amounts and is intended to revolumize the area.  In this treatment you do not get that, it simple plumps the skin itself and tighten pores.  Since you are not bulking/plumping the area, repeated infini treatments will not break down the sculptra.  Instead the energy acts synergistically with the sculptra to produce collagen.
This is an "off-label" use of sculptra so make sure you discuss it thoroughly with your doctor.  That simply means the FDA has not approved sculptra for this use, but you and your doctor can decide together that this is the best treatment plan for you.  We love this treatment in my practice!

I do not consider Sculptra a treatment for enlarged pores. I would recommend microneedling with PRP, microneedling RF (such as Infini), or Clear + Brilliant for enlarged pores.
