Question

I would like a slimmer mid section & fully bottom area. Finding a solution with the less down time and pain would be ideal, since price wise they come out to be the same.

Great question! I believe a combination of Sculptra and fat grafting can give you the best results you can get. You seem to be leaner so adding sculptra can be beneficial for you. The combination is expensive as the price for the product is also expensive.

For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/InMode BodyTite and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. We do the sculptra butt lifts regularly with great results. Fat freezing could be done at the same time or we could do some localized liposuction since you really don't have much to remove.  In both cases the recovery time is quick!

I would recommend checking into Emsculpt, a new device that builds muscle giving a "booty lift" that can be combined with Sculptra Aesthetic for further volume enhancement. When combining Emsculpt with Sculptra you can get by with fewer vials of Sculptra resulting in a terrific result at a lower expense. NEVER CoolSculpting...I offer patients with limited donor fat the BBL combination of lipo with Sculptra injections. Fee range from $15,000-$25,000, because the Sculptra is charged per vial used. Most needed 20 vials (10 per side).
