Why do I have pockets of (fat, muscle, skin?) at the corners of my mouth when I smile months after Botox? (Photo)

I had Botox in my masseter and chin which ruined my smile. I know there is nothing I can do but wait. I’m curious though why I’ve developed these lumps? At the corner of my mouth when I smile. They appeared shortly after the procedure (2 weeks) and persist.
