You have a deformity called pixy ears that is result of skin pull to the earlobe; in time it stretches the earlobe and creates current deformity. It is not clear whether your haevy neck lines are result of skin vector selected for skin tightening during surgery or, you have naturaly deep neck lines that require different treatment (we use nano-fat grafts). Jawline, jowls and submental area fullness, will all be the reason to do a secondary face/neck lift. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with excellent reputation in face lift surgery, is recommended. Good luck.
