Lower face swelling still swollen and distorted ears 2+ years post op (photos)

3rd facelift, a revision 2 years ago to fix issues from 2 prior ops all w/in 3yrs left me w/ chronic swelling of lower face esp under lobes. Pixies “fixed”, but lobes overstretched, attached, oblong, too far forward, and sewn to cheeks, looking submerged in them. PS says no laxity to detach or round. Can swelling be SO long term, or perm.? W/more time, can lobes EVER be detached and rounded w/out obvious scars? Facial balance very distorted now. Pre-PS, ears were small, detached and round.
