Question

The inside of my right breast feels as though My skin is tearing and burning, but I've been feeling this way for two days. Should I be concerned? Hurts when I do my massages especially when I lift up my implants and massage from underneath. Pain is unbearable and a 10 on a 1-10 scale. Other breast seems to be healing as I had expected.

The pain you describe could be well within your normal healing process. Call your surgeon and see if he or she wants to see you sooner than your scheduled follow up.

Hi shaboo,  Sometimes, one can feel burning pains after this surgery due to nerve trauma, muscle stretching or just swelling. The best thing for you to do is to call our plastic surgeon and ask to be see to be sure that nothing else , such as a bleed or displacement of the implant, is occurring.
