My right breast started having severe burning/ tearing pains in the cleavage area. Four days post op. (Photo)

The inside of my right breast feels as though My skin is tearing and burning, but I've been feeling this way for two days. Should I be concerned? Hurts when I do my massages especially when I lift up my implants and massage from underneath. Pain is unbearable and a 10 on a 1-10 scale. Other breast seems to be healing as I had expected.
