Can this be fixed or should I leave it be? Outcome left me with a lot of internal scarring. (photos)

Thank you for your history and your pictures. Based on your history and photos, it seems that you are dealing with excess scar tissue from your previous procedures. The best approach to treating this excess scar tissue is through VASER liposuction. The VASER liposuction cannula uses ultrasonic frequency to break up scar tissue, allowing for more refined removal with a smaller liposuction cannula.

Even though this would be your third revision, I believe that VASER liposuction still offers better results compared to a full tummy tuck. While a full tummy tuck could remove some scar tissue and skin, it might not be as effective as VASER in addressing the specific internal scarring you are dealing with. Most plastic surgeons would agree that continuing with the revisions using VASER liposuction is a worthwhile approach, rather than opting for a tummy tuck.

That is going to be very difficult to get back to normal if you have already had multiple revision procedures. I think that may be as good as you are going to get at this point. This can be an extremely challenging situation to improve.
