30 F looking to increase facial harmony/attractiveness. I feel like my face sags or is more downturned or lower than I'd like it. Lower face, midface, eyes. When I look at my side profile, I'm especially unhappy although unsure why. I realize there are minor things, like under eye darkness, and major things, like nose, that could be improved. I'd like to know what area of the face or procedure, invasive or non, you think would yield the most improvement so I know where to start
Answer: Face I would suggest micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret. to help improve overall skin tone and help tighten. Sculptra injections can be added to each treatment for a better boost in collagen.

Answer: In your case, less is more. Thank you for your photographs. First, all the positives. You have excellent facial fullness with a beautiful mid face, attractive cheeks, no redundant skin or fat pockets around your eyes, a beautiful straight and sharp jawline. In addition, your neck is smooth with no redundant skin or platysmal muscles. Your skin quality itself looks excellent in your photographs. To preserve what you already have, the standard advice applies. Sun avoidance, or at least excellent sun protection, excellent hydration, dedicated exercise regimen, and excellent diet with skin moisturization, and perhaps some Retin-A treatment. You may want to consider Botox to help prevent any frowning lines and judicious use of some filling agents to give a hint of plumpness to your lips. All of this is simply to maintain the excellent appearance that you already have. I note from your photographs your nasal tip looks slightly rounded and lacks projection and rotation. You may wish to consider a rhinoplasty to help refine the shape and contour of your nasal tip. Have a detailed discussion with your plastic surgeon about your options. Best wishes.

Answer: Lip lift, chin implant, and brow lift The largest improvement with the least cost would be a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $3,000. I would also recommend a chin implant. This will lengthen your jaw and balance your face. You may also benefit from a brow lift to lower your hairline and decrease the vertical height of the forehead. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Rhinoplasty, possibly chin implant I would not consider your face unattractive. Small corrections would bring more balance and harmony. Rhinoplasty and, possibly, chin implant augmentation should be procedures to consider? Many offices where rhinoplasty is frequently performed will have a 3D simulation which may give you an idea what may be the anticipated result. Good luck.

Answer: 30-year-old female looking to increase facial attractiveness At 30 years of age, you do not need a facelift procedure of any type. Consider a closed rhinoplasty to reduce the dorsal hump, refine your bulbus nasal tip and narrow your bridge line. All of the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, and no painful packing is required either. You also have a recessive chin profile based on your side photograph, so give some consideration to placement of a small chin implant in that location for better facial balance and proportions. Digital computer imaging would be helpful in the education process to see what accomplished with one or both of these procedures upon your facial features.
