Thank you for your question. Botox CANNOT treat large foreheads. Botox will only make the forehead look wider because the eyebrows slightly drop. You can also have a forehead reduction surgically, however this can leave scars. I recommend having a consultation with an expert injector to determine the best treatment plan for you.
