Large forehead: wondering if a Botox brow lift would be an option to make it look smaller?

Large foreheads CANNOT be treated with botox, if anything they can often make the forehead look wider because botox in the forehead slightly drops the eyebrows.  I suggest NOT treating the forehead and only doing brow lifting (which is glabellar and orbicularis treatment).  You can get forehead reduction surgically but this leaves scars.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The Botox brow lift can elevate the brows 1-2mm but will not change the size of a forehead. The function of Botox is to relax muscles and help reduce fine lines.

You can also have a forehead reduction surgically, however this can leave scars. I recommend having a consultation with an expert injector to determine the best treatment plan for you.
