Can I have injectable fillers and Botox at the same time as receiving steroid injections for swelling post-rhinoplasty?

Thank you for your question.  I would not recommend getting botox and filler while being treated with steroids.  It would be safest to wait until your swelling has subsided and you are healed from your Rhinoplasty.  Be sure to discuss this with your doctors.  Best of luck to you. 

It should be safe to have Botox in areas away from the injection of the steroid in your nose, but I would inform both of your physicians of the other treatments to be safe.

If you are going to have steroid injections in the face you should not have Botox and filler at the same time. A separation of 2 weeks is sufficient

While the two may not interact, it depends on where you want the Botox. If you have swelling in the area where you're getting the Botox, you might want to wait until that area returns to norma. If the area is not swollen, it's probably OK to proceed.

Yes you can have your other injectables done at that point.  Hopefully you don't need a steroid injection.

KatesNose - I routinely do not use steroids for residual swelling that far after a rhinoplasty. However, each surgeon has their own preference. Regardless, I personally would still inject fillers and Botox on someone getting steroid shoots for inflammation without concern of interaction.
