Your answer depends on what you wish your final result to be. The discussion of how many cc's of fat is transferred is often moot because most of the time the maximum amount of liposuction is performed and all of the fat harvested is transferred.  The number of cc's of fat per buttocks depending on how the fat is processed, some surgeons make it less concentrated and thus the numbers seem higher. I have had nice results with thin women similar to you who wanted a modest augmentation. However, if you want a large change this may be difficult to achieve without adding an implant in addition to the fat transfer. See a board-certified plastic surgeon (by the American Board of Plastic Surgery) who specializes in gluteal shaping for an in person consultation in order discuss your goals and expected outcomes with fat transfer alone or fat transfer with an implant at the same time. Thank you for your question.I am often surprised how much fat can be harvested even in thin women. You appear to have at least two good donor sites in the flank area, one on the left and one on the right.You may not be able to get a "Kardashian" look but you certainly can have your butt improved.

To be sure, see two or more experienced,
board-certified Plastic Surgeons for a complete evaluation to make sure you are
a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery.

You do not have enough fat to give you a BBL that you wish for. I believe you have enough fat on the waist/hips/abdomen to be harvested and fill out the lateral buttock depressions for you. If there's any fat left, would place it to increase posterior projection. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. To determine the right amount of CC's to transfer in a BBL, an in-person consultation is in order, because it depends on a number of factors.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Based on your photos, if you have realistic expectations of the end size of your buttocks, you appear to be an ideal candidate for a "small volume BBL". What makes your figure unique is that your hips are not wide (you have a petite frame). This in essence causes you to have the appearance of "love handles". This region is an area of particular focus during liposuction and the removal of this fat alone enhances the shape of your hips and buttocks. In my professional opinion, this procedure could do wonders for your overall figure. 
Many of my patients are petite, and athletic in build. I have developed many unique techniques that allow me to maximize fat harvest during liposuction from areas that liposuction can tend to be difficult from (eg. deep fat pads above the hips). It is important that you seek consultation with a surgeon with similar experience in performing BBLs in thin patients, as this is a very different procedure and requires a different level of thought, fat processing techniques and pre-operative planning than a patient with plentiful excess fat. Also make sure to ask if they perform the "Safe BBL" technique" avoiding fat grafting of the muscle/deeper tissues of the buttocks for maximization of your safety. You need to have enough donor fat to transfer to make a meaningful difference and you have to keep in mind that about 30% will be reabsorbed. Best to get a consult with a very experienced plastic surgeon to make the determination.
