Are the survived fat cells active 4 weeks after Brazilian Butt Lift?

Its been 4 weeks from my bbl i lost some of the fat transfered and my marriage is in about one month if i gain weight now will the survived fat cells work normally in the new area of butt hips ?? Or is it too soon the cells are not active yet ?? Thanks a lot

Thank you for your question about Brazilian Butt Lift.At 4 weeks, that fat cells that survived transfer and vascularized. You will still likely have some general swelling. Usually, you can start to see real results at about 3 months.

The healing process could be from 6 months to a year, depending on the patient. The inflammation and bruising could last months. If you have any concerns,  suggest you follow up with your plastic surgeon.
Be patient, it is too soon to determine your final result.

Generally what reabsorbs is in the first three months and at that point typically 30% will have been lost (due to lack of oxygen and nutrients).
