The Brazilian buttlift can produce dramatic changes. I would not transfer tissue from the breast due to the possibility of not detecting breast cancer in the buttocks. I would search for thesurgeon who youfeel is most likely to give youthe best results. Look at reviews and before and after pictures on thatsurgeon's website. Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Thank you for your question.I would not recommend using breast fat for the Brazilian Butt Lift. There is the possibility that some breast tissue could be transferred to your butt. Which theoretically means there is the possibility that you could develop breast cancer in your butt later in life. That has the potential to be a disaster. To be sure what is right for you, see two or more experienced,board-certified Plastic Surgeons for a complete evaluation to make sure you area good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery.I hope this helps.
There are three problem with large breasts.1) Too much breast and some fat2) Nipple are too low3) Too much stretched out skin. So, yes some of the fat can be transferred but how much can only be determined on physical examination. Find a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is willing to evaluate you and help you understand your breast and what needs be done to reduce them as well and how he / she can help your buttocks.Good LuckStephen M.
