What are these big white bumps on my areola? Is there any surgical procedure to get of them? (Photo)

This is so embarrassing....but besides my breasts being uneven I have these white bumps on both my areolas. Sometimes I pick at them and white stuff comes out but I have tried to stop doing that lately. They are so annoying. Is there any surgical procedure to get rid of them???

This could be achieved a number of ways.  Injectable fillers could be used, but the effect would be temporary.  The advantage of this is that is non surgical.  Long lasting fillers such as Artefill could be used, but I would try with a temporary filler first.  A permanent...

Thanks for writing,It sound as though you have macro-mastia ( large breast). Without photos it is difficult to be specific, but essentially there is no way to reduce the size of your aerials and symmetries your breast without some form of a breast reduction. There are many types of reductions...
