I have really flat nipples. I would like to have larger more pronounced (I guess for a lack of a better term, feminine) nipples. I am not looking for breast augmentation. Is this possible? Is it a gender "restricted" procedure? I am not living as a trans or care to transition and am a hetero male. Thanks.

The things you are describing are normal and an ongoing process with the maturing breast. If however your are concerned than possible a dermatology consult would be in order.Stephen M. Dvais, MD, FACSGreen Hills Plastic Surgery
