17 yrs old with DD breast and puffy areola. PLEASE HELP!

question.Having puffy nipples at the age of 17 can be completely normal and usually resolve on its own.In order to move the position, reduce the size and correct the asymmetry of your areola....a Benelli-style mastopexy would be necessary.  Yes, this is going to leave you with the "doughnut" scar round your areola.

board-certified Plastic Surgeons for a complete evaluation to make sure you are
a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery.

While you're still 17, you would need written permission from one of your parents to be evaluated and also to have surgery. Thanks for writing,It sound as though you have macro-mastia ( large breast). Without photos it is difficult to be specific, but essentially there is no way to reduce the size of your aerials and symmetries your breast without some form of a breast reduction. There are many types of reductions and many time insurance pays for this.
