I had a primary rhinoplasty done October 2021 to reduce a very prominent dorsal hump. My surgeon assured me he had removed the hump and given me a nice slope. Over a year post op, I was unhappy with how my nose still had a hump so I underwent a closed revision to further reduce the hump with the same surgeon. Now a year post revision, the hump is much smaller but still there. When I press firmly on it or apply tape it seems to flatten… is this still swelling or will I need a third surgery?
