If several docs turn you down for a 3rd revision is it time to give up? (Photos)

I had a primary septi/rhino in Dec 2018 and a revision in July 2020. I wish I never touched it. My aesthetic lines are horrible and it looks more bulbous and asymmetrical than ever. I just want to be done obsessing with it. Several doctors have told me “it’s not a train wreck” and to just leave things alone. But I can’t stand it. Do I keep pursuing?
