If several docs turn you down for a 3rd revision is it time to give up? (Photos)

Indeed, the tip looks a bit wide to me, and not all that dissimilar to the photos you posted here before your primary. That tends to suggest that not enough was done to narrow your tip, and perhaps more can be done. Everything gets harder after two rhinoplasties. I'm wondering why you're in this position. Do you think you did an excellent job in selecting your surgeon?

It would be nice to get other views of your nose, like both profiles and more 3/4 views. If your nose is long, too, with the tip pointing more down than you like, that could be addressed at the same time. I probably don't have to tell you that a third-time rhinoplasty requires a true expert in revision, and you must be careful in selecting your surgeon.

Based on your photos, you appear to have thin nasal skin, a summer crooked nasal appearance, and a wide tip. Feasibility of performing revision rhinoplasty surgery would require a physical examination, and it may be helpful to review your previous operative reports as well. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty to address the asymmetry in your mid nasal vault and tip asymmetry. Fascial grafts in addition to structural grafts may be very helpful here to achieve a smooth result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
