Will Steroid Injection be helpful? (Photo)

Based on your photos, you appear to have a wide appearance on front view and an overall pleasing nasal appearance. The width on front view could be post-surgical swelling since you had revision rhinoplasty and you appear to have relatively thick nasal skin. The best advice I could give is to sit tight for another 6 months. The only time we recommend Steroid injections after rhinoplasty is when there is supratip swelling. All other cases of diffuse nasal swelling are typically not suitable for steroid injection. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
