Will Steroid Injection be helpful? (Photo)

Hi Doctors, I had my first rhinoplasty 15 months ago in Istanbul Turkey. Overall i am very pleased with the outcome of my side profile. However, i am not happy with my front profile. The sides of my nose along the dorsal lines are tender to touch. It feels like scar tissue creating the asymmetry. I spoke with my doctor virtual from my hometown Vancouver Canada. He he suggested steriod injections and that I fly back to Turkey for 1 injection. Im looking for a second opinion
