Hi there, I’m a 41 year old female. I had the following procedures done, on the dates provided. Septoplasty/Rhinoplasty: June 10, 2019 Rhinoplasty Revision: August 17, 2020. I am not happy with my end results!!Appearance: NO definition, still appears bulbous, VERY uneven nostrils. Function: Cartilage collapsed again, after 2 procedures. I can’t breathe through right nostril. My surgeon said, there’s nothing he can do for me? Is he allowed? I would accept Fillers to even out my nostrils?PLS HELP!

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty surgery Hello! Thank you for your question! I have checked your case from the photos you provided. I definitely recommend you a revision surgery to correct the shape of your nose (especially the alar base and nostrils). You will most probably need a rib cartilage reconstruction.Best regards!

Answer: An examination is necessary to determine what might be best for you. Based on your up close photos, you appear to have a c-shaped nasal appearance with thin nasal skin, a deviated nasal septum to the right, and nostril margin asymmetry. If you didn't have a deviated nasal septum causing nostril asymmetry, fillers might be considered for achieving a straighter nasal appearance, however, I suspect you may require having the bottom of your nasal septum placed in the midline for a more symmetrical and straight or nasal appearance. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
