Uneven nostrils after rhinoplasty. Is this fixable through local anesthesia? (Photo)

6 months post op doctor is saying he can do an in-office procedure under local anasthesia to remove cartilage from left side. I didn’t have uneven nostrils before and am furious, he kept saying it was swelling up until this appointment. Is this fixable through local anasthesia?
