Hello! Thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case from the photos you provided. Your nose looks overprojected, the tip looks round and the nostrils are uneven and wide. You need an alar base reduction with a rib cartilage reconstruction to reshape especially the tip. I would need more information regarding your last surgery and your medical condition.Best regards!
