Swollen supra tip, 1 year post op - What happened? (photos)

Based on your photos, you're looking at less swelling on your nasal profile view so the indentation that was present on profile 10 days post-operative is a few millimeters deeper now. Depending on your examination, several microdroplets of Silikon-1000 maybe considered for smoothing this transition from your tip to your bridge for an appearance more like it was 10 days after surgery. Hi @SnackDaddy24. I would suggest that you make an in person appointment your plastic surgeon. A cortisone injection can help with swelling.

The first thing is to go back to your original surgeon for a check up. Did he inject Kenalog, a form of cortisone ? Which would help swelling even at this stage. However, it also appears that your nasolabial angle (the angle made by the bottom of your nose and your upper lip in profile view) is more accute indicating that your tip support made have been weakened which would need to be adressed. Of course, that can be the photograph but either way, follow up with your surgeon or a board certified plastic surgeon.
