Post Rhinoplasty tip unevenness and skin bulging (Photo)

Question

It’s been a little over 3 years since I had my rhinoplasty done. I like my nose, however, the one side of my tip is uneven just above the nostril. It’s almost as if the skin didn’t heal back into position and now bulges out. Is it possible to fix this without having another surgery entirely or would a tip refinement be needed to correct it? Thank you!

Since you are 3 years postoperative, and since you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin, you are looking at a final result. If you liked how your nose looked, perhaps 3 to 6 months postoperative, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be helpful for improving upon nasal tip symmetry. It is worth trying steroid injections and taping if your nose at night. This will thin out the skin and give your nose a more refined look
