Post Rhinoplasty tip unevenness and skin bulging (Photo)

It’s been a little over 3 years since I had my rhinoplasty done. I like my nose, however, the one side of my tip is uneven just above the nostril. It’s almost as if the skin didn’t heal back into position and now bulges out. Is it possible to fix this without having another surgery entirely or would a tip refinement be needed to correct it? Thank you!
